Joel Diener and Lawrence Greenspon are Co-Chairs of this event to be held at the National Holocaust Monument in Ottawa. Known as the Babi Yar Massacre, Ukraine, September 29--30 1941, it will commemorate the 37,771 Jews who were massacred in Kiev, Ukraine, by Nazi German Forces during WW11. This is considered to be the first stage of killing during the Holocaust. It is also the first commemorative event to be held at The National Holocaust Monument since its inauguration in September 2017.
Parking is available on the street or at The Canadian War Museum.
